Whatever fruit you have to hand – but great if it includes blueberries, kale, spinnach, cucumber, apple, and always a scoop of hemp or pea protein and never whey or soya protein, two table spoons of greek yoghurt (full fat never low fat), and some rice milk or oat milk…. but could be banna, strawberries, pear… whatever you’ve got basically with the protein powder, greek yoghurt and non-dairy/non-soya milk (could be almond). And absolutely no added sugar or ice cream or other junk!
